Qualifications

• NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with related populations; supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
• Thorough clinical understanding of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and related service delivery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Case Managers and Program Coordinator.
• Provide regular, structured supervision meetings for direct reports.
• Promote strategies for case management using Housing First, Harm Reduction, CPI and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individual service plans; ensure comprehensive, timely documentation.
• Interview and assess potential clients; provide clinical direction and leadership to the program.
• Oversee documentation of client progress and coordination with other service providers.
