**Clinical Concierge MA/LVN - Melissa**

**Location:** 3210 Milrany Lane, Melissa, Texas 75454 (This position will require floating)

**Works hours:** Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM

**What you’ll do:**

+ Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic

+ Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members

+ This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

**What you’ll need:**

+ H.S. Diploma or Equivalent **Required** And

+ Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program **Required** or Other Successful completion of a Vocational Nurse program **Required** .

+ 6 months of Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care experience or completion of an internal THR MA externship training program in lieu of experience **Required** .

+ Previous experience with electronic health record preferred.

+ BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Upon Hire **Required** .

+ Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Req or LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire **Required** .
