Clinical Concierge - MA/LVN - Allen

We’re looking for Medical Assistants or Licensed Vocational Nurses with a deep commitment to quality and compassionate care to join our Urgent Care team.

Introducing Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. Our centers are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, with little or no wait times. Most patients leave with medication in hand, providing an easy, convenient, and affordable care option.

Location: 805 W McDermott Drive, Allen, Texas 75013 (This position requires floating across multiple locations)

Work hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts per week, 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service as a 'clinical concierge', guiding patients and visitors through their experience.
2. Assist with clinical functions, including front and back-office duties, working closely with providers and the clinical team.
3. Float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program, or certification/registration as a Medical Assistant (Required), or completion of a Vocational Nurse program (Required).
• At least 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare facility as an LVN, MA, CNA, or similar, or completion of an internal THR MA externship (Required).
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification maintained every 2 years, required prior to providing independent patient care (Required).
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas, or Medical Assistant certification/registration (Required).
