• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association within 30 Days.

• Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, and process referrals.

• Maintain EMR accuracy and compliance.
• Assist providers with data collection, rooming, and specimen handling.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies; assist with examinations.
• Administer medications and vaccines per orders; support follow-up calls post-discharge.
