Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

The role offers a 0.9 FTE with day shifts (8am–8pm, 3x12-hour shifts) and pay with Indigo Premium, X-Ray Premium, weekend differential, and a monthly incentive program up to $300. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• WA State MA-C license required; MA-R acceptable with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• CMA Certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT) acceptable for Idaho applicants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and front office to ensure comprehensive patient care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinical tasks within the MA-C scope and coordinate patient care.
• Advocate for patient autonomy, dignity, and safety in all interactions.
• Contribute to a supportive, safe clinic environment for patients and staff.
