Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant. The role supports clinical tasks and coordinates patient care within the MA-C license scope, collaborating with the team to ensure optimal health outcomes and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current WA MA-C certification or interim MA-C eligibility within 45 days.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training path may be available.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a physician's office or medical facility.
• WA MA-R license with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of employment.
• IDAHO CMA certification by AAMA/NHA/NCCT required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure health care outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring specialized knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical, patient-centered care and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide excellent patient service and clinic management assistance.
