Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support patient care within the MA-C scope. You will collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure efficient, compassionate care and a positive patient experience in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C license is required or WA MA-R with endorsement within 45 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C or WA MA-R license requirements within 7 days of hire; endorsement within 30 days may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care for diverse patient backgrounds.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
