Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) at 0.9 FTE for day shifts (8am-8pm, 3x12h) across Washington and Idaho. Expect base hourly rate plus premiums: Indigo Premium, X-Ray Certification Premium, Weekend Differential, plus incentives up to $300/month.

You will support clinical tasks, coordinate patient care, and work closely with physicians to deliver excellent health care outcomes and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C license required and WA licensure within 45 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training available.
• Minimum one year in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform clinical tasks within MA-C scope and coordinate patient care.
• Support unit operations with excellent patient service and clinic management.
