Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-first service, and strong clinic management assistance.

Qualifications

• WA State MA-C certification or MA-R with endorsement.
• Interim MA-C acceptable for up to one year from issue date.
• Current BLS Certification or in-house training program accepted.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
