Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within a high-collaboration team. Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C license required.
• BLS certification or in-house training acceptable.
• WA MA-C/MA-R endorsement within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff and management to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope.
• Create a safe, compassionate environment and support patient experiences.

Education
