Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our team in a high-collaboration clinic setting. You will support physicians and staff, coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope and ensure excellent customer service and smooth clinic operations.

The role requires MA-C certification and BLS, with WA-specific requirements and Indigo endorsement timing. Competitive base pay with premium incentives and robust benefits are offered.

Formación

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• WA MA-R certification acceptable with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• BLS Certification or in-house training program available depending on assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure health care outcomes.
• Perform functions within clinic with specialized knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
