Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support patient care within the MA-C scope and enhance the patient experience. You will work with physicians and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate customer service, teamwork, and adherence to clinical standards across Washington state clinics, with Idaho locations, and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition assistance and health

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C license required/acceptable interim certification
• Current BLS certification or training program
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred
• Exceptions may be made for externship or residency with active WA MA-R certification within 7 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office and clinic management to ensure comprehensive care outcomes
• Perform clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of diverse patients
