Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support patient care within the MA-C scope. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and exemplary patient experiences.

This role emphasizes clinical tasks, patient service, and clinic management in a fast-paced environment. The position requires Washington MA-C certification (or interim), BLS, and at least one year in a medical setting, with Idaho requirements also considered for

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification or interim certification acceptable up to one year.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire; WA MA-R license with Indigo endorsement within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform diverse clinic functions integrating standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for patients.
