Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our team in Washington. The role involves collaborating with doctors, front-office and clinic management to deliver high-quality patient care within MA-C scope.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C license or interim certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• Current BLS Certification or obtainable via in-house training.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire; WA MA-C license/WA MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients.
