Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare company, invites applications for a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) in Renton, Washington. This float position supports multiple urgent care clinics with clinical tasks and patient coordination, working closely with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.

You will need WA MA-C license (or MA-R with endorsement), BLS, and 1 year of experience in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certified or eligible
• BLS certification required
• 1 year clinical office experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic-based functions requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
