Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care invites qualified Medical Assistants to join as Clinical Concierge Medical Assistants. You will coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope, collaborate with the care team, and support clinic management to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Washington or Idaho MA-C/CMA credentials, BLS, and at least one year of clinic experience are desired. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• MA-C licensed in Washington or interim certification acceptable for up to 1 year.
• CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT is required or preferred.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training completion may be required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring knowledge of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate ethical, holistic care respecting diverse patient backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients.
