Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Support development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources
• Assist with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Provide consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
