Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support national plan sponsor initiatives, focusing on Employee Assistance Program promotions and well-being communications. You will coordinate communications planning, training activities, and engagement strategies for the Customer’s workforce.

The role requires clinical licensure, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong presentation/writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
