Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor for promoting the Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. You will plan communications, coordinate training, promote programs, and engage the workforce across Customer’s benefits teams.

Ideal candidates hold a current clinical license with 5+ years of clinical experience and 3–5 years in presentation and content development.

Qualifications

Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
5+ years clinical experience
3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
3-5 years writing and clinical content development
WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
