Qualifications

• Provide individual and/or group counseling to assist clients and their families.
• Assist clients in attaining goals by identifying community resources and referrals.
• Lead group counseling sessions and psychoeducation to enhance development and provide peer support.
• Document client contact via progress notes within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Counsel clients regarding issues such as abusive behavior, family dynamics, substance abuse, and health/trauma related issues.
• Collaborate with case managers and stakeholders to ensure collaborative services.
