Responsibilities

• Conduct initial risk assessments of clients and families.
• Prepare biopsychosocial evaluations and update per regulations.
• Lead group counseling sessions and provide psychoeducation.
• Refer clients to mental health or substance abuse services as needed.
• Coordinate with case managers to develop Independent Living Plans (ILP).
• Advocate for clients with medical, psychiatric, and educational services.
