Job summary

CAMBA is seeking an Engagement Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY to ensure smooth daily operations of social services and supervision of staff. The role emphasizes client confidentiality, trauma-informed care, and data integrity in a DHS CARES system.

You will supervise staff, develop workshop curricula, coordinate housing-focused services, and support program goals and funding objectives while maintaining strong communication with clients, staff, and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of applicable experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; licensure (LMSW/LCSW) may be required depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide supervision to shelter staff and ensure program goals are met.
• Input and document client data in CARES database and track progress.
