Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is hiring a Case Manager to coordinate services for clients admitted to the crisis stabilization program. You will manage data, support benefits access, and provide direct clinical services including substance use assessments.

You will work with a treatment team, maintain documentation in the EHR, and develop community partnerships to support strong recovery outcomes. Oregon driver’s license required and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or equivalent required (Level II).
• Associate's degree plus 4 years in social services or counseling required (Level I).
• Experience with individuals with SPMI preferred.
• QMHA certification eligibility within 1 week; obtain within 6 months.
• Oregon driver license and insurability required; age 21+.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services, benefits, and entitlements for clients in crisis stabilization.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR and ensure timely billing.
• Provide direct clinical services including periodic substance use assessments.
• Develop relationships with community partners and primary care clinics.
• Support Payee duties for SSA if trained and approved.
• Transport clients as needed and conduct home visits per protocol.
