Vivo Infusion in Midlothian, VA is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Clinical Service Specialist to join our infusion center team. You will welcome patients, support clinicians, and help deliver compassionate, compliant care in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes patient intake, data entry, lab specimen handling, and collaboration with the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure smooth clinical operations and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required prior to start date.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 1 year in administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities and supports safe, quality care in line with standards.
• Room patients in person or virtually and update charts with required information.
• Communicate patient data to providers and nurses for continuity of care.
• Provide administrative support: greet patients, schedule, answer calls, process payments.
