Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Clinical Service Specialist for the Midlothian, VA location. You will welcome patients, support the medical team, and deliver compassionate care in line with guidelines.

Responsibilities include clinical tasks, administrative duties, and coordination with providers. Ideal candidates have clinical and customer-service experience and CPR/BLS certification before start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required prior to start date.
• 1 year of clinical experience required.
• 1 year of administrative/customer service experience required.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with scheduling.
• Room patients in person or virtually and update charts.
• Communicate patient data to providers and nurses.
• Provide front-end support: answer calls, process payments.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Assist provider in exam room as needed.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens as directed.
• Obtain prior authorizations for prescribed treatments as needed.
• Triage patient calls and document messages.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
