Job summary

iHealth is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator Float to support patient care across multiple Minnesota locations including Woodbury, Hudson, Stillwater, and Eagan. You will assist physicians with chart prep, vital signs, and patient flow while handling medical documentation in the EHR, labs, and injections under supervision.

This casual, Monday–Friday position requires CMA/LPN/ATC credentials or equivalent and 1–3 years in a clinic setting, with a focus on efficient clinic flow and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CMA, LPN, ATC or equivalent certification preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited school preferred.
• 1-3 years in a medical clinic setting or equivalent.
• Experience in patient flow management and confidential health information handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms.
• Prepare for clinic and surgeries with required reports and information.
• Measure vital signs and document in chart.
• Room patients and verify information with history and visit purpose.
• Assist with injections, dressings, and suture removal under supervision.
• Enter patient data into the electronic health records system.
• Support blood draws and lab processing.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with Lead/Supervisor.
