Job summary

Revo/ i-Health seeks a Clinical Care Coordinator Float to support patient care and administrative duties across multiple locations, including Woodbury and Eagan. This casual role covers a broad range of clinic and procedure prep, patient communication, and data management to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have CMA/LPN/ATC credentials, healthcare experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining patient privacy and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CMA cert, LPN, ATC or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a medical clinic setting preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred or willing to become proficient.
• Demonstrated ability in patient flow management and confidential health information handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam rooms.
• Prepare for clinics and surgeries with complete patient information.
• Measure and document vital signs.
• Screen and verify patient information and chart history.
• Maintain efficient clinical flow and organize patient data.
• Assist with documentation in electronic health records.
• Assist with injections, dressings, and related procedures under supervision.
• Coordinate scheduling for patients and communicate changes to staff.
• Assist with insurance authorizations and prior authorizations as needed.
• Triage calls and manage lab orders and specimen processing.
• Coordinate ordering of supplies for surgeries and clinics.
• Support multiple specialties as needed.
