Job summary

Revo/ i-Health in Hudson, WI seeks a Clinical Care Coordinator Float to support patient care across multiple locations. The role handles clinical prep, vitals, charting, labs, injections, and insurance authorizations while ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate EHR entry.

This casual, on-demand position runs Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM as needed, with duties across Woodbury, Hudson, Stillwater & Eagan sites and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CMA certification, LPN or ATC or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited school preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in a medical clinic setting or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred or willingness to become proficient.
• Demonstrated ability in patient flow management and confidential management of patient health information.
• Ability to multi-task to provide services to patients in a warm, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam room.
• Prepare for clinic and surgeries with chart-ready information.
• Measure vital signs and document in patient chart.
• Room patients and verify information through interview and chart history.
• Maintain efficient clinical flow and organize patient data.
• Assist with documentation in electronic health records.
• Prep for injections, dressings, durable medical equipment, and wound care as directed.
• Ensure all reports and labs are filed in medical records prior to appointments.
• Perform lab draws and venipunctures as needed.
• Maintain logs (temperatures, medications, equipment) and safety checks.
• Provide direct assistance to physician with procedures and injections.
• Administer biologic and other medications as directed.
• Process prior authorizations, referrals, and shipment preparations.
• Triage calls, manage results, and prepare lab orders.
• Assist with patient transfers and scheduling across clinics.
• Coordinate ordering supplies for surgeries and clinics.
