Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or related clinical field required.
• LMSW or LMHC licensure required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and priorities.
• Develop individualized service plans with clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and short‑term counseling.
• Offer trauma‑informed, client‑centered services.
• Coordinate care with housing staff, providers, and community partners.
• Maintain clinical and case management documentation.
