Job summary

Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center|RegenCen in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a driven Clinical Care Coordinator to support our clinical operations. You’ll manage prescription ordering, inventory, and back-office tasks while assisting providers and patients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has detailed orientation, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; pharmacy experience is preferred.

• Assist with processing medication refills under provider recommendations and other back-office needs.
• Download laboratory results and upload them to patient charts.

As the team member responsible for managing key clinical administrative functions across our various teams, you'll play an essential role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, supporting both providers and patients, and contributing to a team dedicated to innovation, wellness, and exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing medication refills under provider recommendations and other back office administrative needs

Requirements:

• Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) preferred
• Previous experience in a medical, pharmacy, or clinical setting is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
