Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Clinical Customer Service Representative to act as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors, and the health care team. The role requires professional, friendly, and efficient performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be capable of learning and using various clinical and administrative systems, and work Saturday/Sunday days.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting.
• Substantial interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and health care team.
• Provide professional, friendly and efficient daily duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Nursing and Administrative staff to meet unit and department needs in line with Johns Hopkins Hospital policies.
