The role centers on patients, families and staff, delivering professional, friendly service while supporting Nursing and Administrative teams and navigating clinical and administrative systems.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, at least 6 months in healthcare or office settings, excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word,

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and health care team.
• Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment and support Nursing and Administrative staff.
