Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a Clinical Customer Service Representative to act as the central point of contact for patients, families, visitors and the health care team on the care unit. This role demands professional, friendly, and efficient performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months in healthcare or office settings, with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting.
• Substantial interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word; proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

• Support Nursing and Administrative staff while adhering to Johns Hopkins Hospital policies.
