Job summary

H-Wave is seeking a Sales Clinical Care Associate to assist patients with in-person consultations and demonstrations of our drug-free pain relief device in the Modesto/Fresno region.

You will work with clinicians and patients to provide care, schedule home unit instruction, and support the sales process while meeting monthly quotas. Travel ~50% with overnights anticipated; base salary plus commission and potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in external-facing roles.
• Ability to conduct in-person consultations and product demonstrations.
• Comfort communicating with clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during in-person consultations.
• Assist Sales Consultant with forms and paperwork after consultations and device orders.
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas.
• Schedule home unit instruction and follow up within 72 hours on referrals.
• Confirm appointments and conduct on-site consultations to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Travel within Modesto/Fresno area to support field sales activities.

Clinical Care Associate work regularly with clinicians and patients to provide drug-free pain relief and functional improvement for people recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain.

The Job

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in person consultations
• Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations
• Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant
• Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
• Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations
• Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co-workers both in the office and in the field

Requirements

• Must reside in the Modesto or Fresno, CA area
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in anatomy or physiology preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
• Customer Service experience, ideally working with external customers
• Ability to forge, expand, and maintain relationships with our strategic partners
• Strong oral and written communication skills across various media including phone, video, and email
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must carry auto insurance with 100/300 liability coverage

The Working Conditions

• Ability to transport product/equipment.
• Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
• Ability to locally travel extensively with ease (approx. 50% of time).
• One overnight per week is anticipated.
• Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory.
• Ability to instruct/fit patients with the H-Wave device and apply pad placements.
