Job summary

H-Wave is seeking a Sales Clinical Care Associate to support field sales efforts in the Inland Empire, CA area. You will assist the Sales Consultant during consultations, help complete paperwork, and nurture referrals into device orders while meeting monthly sales and conversion goals.

The role emphasizes in-person demonstrations, customer service excellence, and effective collaboration with clinicians and patients to provide drug-free pain relief.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally working with external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders.
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations.
• Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant.
• Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
• Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations.
• Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co-workers both in the office and in the field.
