Job summary

H-Wave is seeking a Clinical Care Associate to help patients through in-person consultations, demonstrate the drug-free pain relief device, and support clinicians while driving sales in the Inland Empire, CA.

This field role requires travel up to 50% per week, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills. Benefits include base salary plus commission, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) match, health and life insurance, and company-issued iPhone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Residence in Inland Empire, CA required.
• Anatomy or physiology knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to meet goals in a fast-changing environment.
• Customer service experience with external customers preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication across media (phone, video, email).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during in-person consultations.
• Assist Sales Consultant with forms and paperwork from consultations and orders.
• Collaborate to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas via field demonstrations.
• Schedule home unit instruction and follow up after 72 hours on referrals.
• Confirm appointments and conduct consultations to ensure smooth sales process.
• Travel in assigned territory and work independently per established processes.

Clinical Care Associate work regularly with clinicians and patients to provide drug-free pain relief and functional improvement for people recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain.

The Job

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in person consultations
• Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations
• Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant
• Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
• Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations
• Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co-workers both in the office and in the field

The Requirements

• Must reside in the Inland Empire, CA area
• Experience in anatomy or physiology preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
• Customer Service experience, ideally working with external customers
• Ability to forge, expand, and maintain relationships with our strategic partners
• Strong oral and written communication skills across various media including phone, video, and email
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

The Working Conditions

• Ability to transport product/equipment.
• Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
• Ability to locally travel extensively with ease (approx. 50% of time).
• One overnight per week is anticipated.
• Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory.
• Ability to instruct/fit patients with the H-Wave device and apply pad placements.
