Job summary

H-Wave is seeking an entry-level Production & Warehouse Associate in Huntington Beach, CA. You will package and inspect medical devices for shipment, prepare items for delivery, and ensure accurate documentation and inventory control.

You’ll collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to maintain a clean, safe workspace and timely order fulfillment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Package finished medical devices for shipment by verifying product accuracy, assembling all required components, accessories, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
  • Clean warehouse accessories following company procedure.
  • Prepare accessories and supplies for shipment in accordance with customer orders and shipping procedures.
  • Label accessories accurately meet regulatory and company requirements.
  • Assemble paperwork packets, including product documentation, instructions for use, and other required materials for medical device shipments.
  • Receive and inspect inventory while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Organize warehouse inventory to ensure materials and finished goods are readily available for production and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company policies and quality standards.
