Job

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in person consultations
• Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in‑person demonstrations
• Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant
• Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the accuracy of sales activity reports, including daily close‑out reports from the scheduling system, focusing on field sales performance
• Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations
• Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co‑workers both in the office and in the field
• Other duties as assigned, including tasks related to field sales and customer support

Requirements

• Must reside in the Austin, TX area
• Experience in anatomy or physiology required
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
• 3+ years Customer Service experience, ideally working with external customers
• Ability to forge, expand, and maintain relationships with our strategic partners
• Strong oral and written communication skills across various media including phone, video, and email
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Working Conditions

• Ability to transport product/equipment.
• Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
• Ability to locally travel extensively with ease (approx. 50% of time).
• Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory.
• Ability to instruct/fit patients with the H-Wave device and apply pad placements.
