Qualifications

• Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases.

Responsabilités

• Develop annotated genomic profiles of somatic aberrations from NGS data in cancer samples.
• Review genomic variant calls using IGV and other tools with the scientific team.
• Deliver test results per SOPs within defined turnaround times.
• Collaborate with technical teams to specify tool requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with FMI's attendance policies.
