Qualifications

• 6 months of molecular laboratory work experience in a CAP/CLIA regulated lab.
• Certifications or licensure required by the state or county where the job is posted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) library.
• Extract and isolate nucleic acids under supervision and in SOPs.
• Perform hybridization capture, genetic sequencing, and operate sequencing instruments.
• Maintain quality and optimize Turn Around Time (TAT) through daily workflows.
• Document steps per GDP and update records in GDP-compliant systems.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance checks and participate in QA/QC activities.
• Collaborate on SOP revisions and support regulatory changes.
• Comply with attendance policies and safety protocols.
