HUB International seeks a Clinical Consultant to apply clinical knowledge to employee benefits consulting. You will review medical/pharmacy claims, identify cost drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights for client strategy.

Collaborate with account teams and specialty partners to improve care quality and manage plan costs. You will stay current on treatment trends, HIPAA compliance, and data tools while supporting carrier conversations and client deliverables.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• BSN active RN license preferred.
• Associate-level RN/LPN with active license will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Mansioni

• Reviews and interprets medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns and cost drivers.
• Learns and adapts to new reporting and technology tools to support client deliverables.
• Provides condition interpretation and risk education grounded in standards of care and medical necessity.
• Reviews clinical risk factors and treatment patterns among large or complex claimants to identify cost and risk drivers.
• Identifies utilization patterns behind ER visits and hospital admissions to distinguish necessary care from avoidable utilization.
