Job summary

HUB International in Marietta, GA is seeking a Clinical Consultant to bring clinical expertise to employee benefits consulting and to review claims and utilization data.

You will translate complex clinical findings into actionable insights for client strategy, collaborate with account teams and partners, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required; BSN active RN license preferred.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience required.
• Associate RN or LPN/LVN with active license considered in lieu of a bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns and cost drivers.
• Learns and adapts to new reporting tools to support client deliverables.
• Provides condition interpretation and risk education grounded in standards of care.
• Shares clinical interpretation with account team to support population health discussions.
• Maintains HIPAA, PHI protections and compliance with regulations.
