HUB International is seeking a Clinical Consultant to translate clinical findings into actionable insights that support client strategy and decision-making. You will review claims, educate on risk, and collaborate with account teams across the organization.

The role requires a health-related bachelor's degree (BSN preferred) and 2–5 years of clinical experience. Strong Excel/Office skills and clear communication are essential for success in a fast-paced benefits environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required; BSN active RN license preferred.
• Associate-level Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with an active license and relevant clinical experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Two to five years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and interprets medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns, cost drivers and gaps in care.
• Learns and adapts to new reporting and technology tools to support client deliverables.
• Provides condition interpretation and risk education based on standards of care and medical necessity.
• Reviews clinical risk factors and treatment patterns among large or complex claimants to identify key cost and risk drivers.
• Identifies utilization patterns behind ER visits, hospital admissions, and site-of-care opportunities.
• Shares clinical interpretation with the account team and other specialty partners to support population health decisions.
• Supports carrier discussions by identifying clinical patterns in carrier and vendor data.
• Prepares clinical deliverables for routing to the account team or presents on client calls as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge of emerging treatment trends relevant to plan cost and utilization.
