HUB International in Mobile, AL is seeking a Clinical Consultant to translate clinical findings into actionable client insights. You will review claims data, identify patterns in utilization and costs, and support strategy discussions with account teams and carriers.

The role requires health-focused education and clinical experience, with emphasis on accurate interpretation and compliant communication, to drive client value and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required; BSN preferred.
• RN license preferred; associates RN/LPN with active license considered.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice required.

Responsabilités

• Reviews medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns and cost drivers.
• Interprets clinical data and communicates findings to account teams.
• Assists in population health discussions and plan strategy development.
• Maintains HIPAA and PHI compliance in all clinical activities.
• Supports carrier conversations with clinical insights as needed.
