HUB International is seeking a Clinical Consultant to bring clinical insight to employee benefits consulting. You’ll review claims and utilization data with account teams to identify health trends, large claim costs, and care quality patterns, translating findings into actionable client strategies.

You will educate on risk factors, support carrier discussions, and prepare deliverables. Bachelor’s in a health field and RN license preferred; strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; BSN active RN license preferred.
• Associate RN or LPN/LVN with active license and clinical experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns and cost drivers.
• Explain conditions and risk factors, grounding findings in standards of care and medical necessity.
• Identify opportunities to improve population health and plan cost trajectory.
• Share clinical interpretation with account teams to support discussions and strategy.
• Prepare clinical deliverables for client or carrier discussions as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ongoing knowledge of treatment trends.
