HUB International in the United States is seeking a Clinical Consultant to provide clinical perspective on employee benefits claims and utilization data. You will translate clinical findings into actionable insights to support client strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• RN license preferred; may consider AAS RN/LPN with active license and relevant clinical experience.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns and cost drivers.
• Learn and adapt to new reporting and technology tools as needed.
• Provide condition interpretation and risk education grounded in standards of care.
• Identify cost and risk drivers from clinical risk factors in large claimants.
• Highlight patterns behind ER visits, hospitalizations, and site-of-care opportunities.
• Share clinical interpretation with account teams to support population health discussions.
• Prepare clinical deliverables for routing to accounts or client calls.
