HUB International seeks a Clinical Consultant to bring a clinical perspective to employee benefits consulting. You will review claims data with account teams, translate findings into actionable insight, and support client strategy with risk-focused analysis.

You will engage in ongoing research, stay current on treatment trends, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering clear clinical deliverables to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required; BSN active RN license preferred.
• Associate-level RN or LPN with active license and relevant clinical experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and interprets medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns and cost drivers.
• Learns and adapts to new reporting and technology tools to support client deliverables.
• Provides condition interpretation and risk education grounded in standards of care.
• Identifies cost and risk drivers from clinical data to support account team discussions.
• Shares clinical interpretation to support population health and plan strategy discussions.
• Prepares clinical deliverables for routing to account teams or client calls.
