Job summary

The Clinical Consultant at HUB International applies clinical knowledge to employee benefits consulting, reviewing claims and utilization data to identify patterns in health trends, large claimant treatments, and cost drivers. It translates clinical findings into actionable insights to guide client strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required; BSN active RN license preferred.
• Associate-level RN or LPN/LVN with active license will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns, cost drivers and gaps in care.
• Provides condition interpretation and risk education grounded in standards of care.
• Prepares clinical deliverables for client communications or presents on client calls as assigned.
