You will craft and execute territory sales strategies, balance new client hunting with existing account expansion, and work cross-functionally to deliver value. The role requires strong consultative selling, multi-level client engagement, and data-driven prioritization to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma within business development, commercial, or strategic sales.
• Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles and executive-level relationships.
• Strong consultative selling, client needs discovery, and co-creation of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy for defined territory and book of business.
• Manages territory through data-informed prioritization of time, client opportunity, and market potential.
• Identifies, engages and nurtures key client relationships with decision-makers across levels.
• Leads tailored, multi-touchpoint sales strategies based on client needs and pipeline dynamics.
• Drives expansion playbooks including renewals and next-phase conversions to deepen account value.
• Collaborates with operations, strategy, deal strategy and delivery to co-create client solutions.
• Educates clients on Syneos Health’s differentiated capabilities and evolving service offerings.
• Maintains territory performance reviews, pipelines, and forecasts; updates CRM systems.
