Job summary

The University of Washington Medical Center seeks a BCBA/Continuing Education Specialist 3 to provide clinical services to autistic individuals at the UW Autism Center. You will design, implement, and modify ABA-based interventions, and work directly with clients to achieve measurable progress.

You will train staff, supervise behavioral technicians, and coach families weekly while coordinating with outside providers and the ABA LAUNCH program on campus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorders.
• Licensure and certification relevant to the field (e.g., BCBA).
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake and assess clients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and skills training.
• Train and supervise behavioral technicians.
• Provide weekly parent coaching to care providers.
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, progress and discharge reports; coordinate with outside providers.
• Supervise practicum students and volunteers; evaluate performance.
• Maintain timely documentation and coordination with billing.
• Must be on campus during ABA LAUNCH program hours.
• Provide programmatic consultation to community partners.
